The Wasatch Mountain Film Festival takes place in and around northern Utah’s majestic Wasatch Mountains.
Started in 2014, The Wasatch Mountain Film Festival is the world’s most accessible and inclusive mountain film festival. Over its nearly 10 years running, the event has grown into a haven for those seeking a community of adventure and impactful storytelling. Whether you’re a world-class mountaineer or just enjoy watching documentary film, this event is crafted for you.
In addition to screening world-class independent documentary films from around the globe, WMFF includes a speaker series on a important issues, adventure stories and, early morning coffee talks, outdoor programs, award ceremony, filmmaker meet and greets, student programs and a a filmmaker workshop.
